She is survived by: her children, William Brooks (Sandy) of Catlettsburg, KY, Joyce Castle (David) of Louisa, KY and Jeanie Brooks Smith of Louisa, KY; her granddaughters, Erin Brooks Smith (Phillip) of Catlettsburg, KY and Brandy Brooks Vernatter (Ryan) of Catlettsburg, KY; her great grandchildren, Shelby Smith of Catlettsburg, KY, Rylee Vernatter of Catlettsburg, KY and Ryan Hunter Vernatter of Catlettsburg, KY; and her sisters, Joann Jones (Tom) of Monroe, Helen Darby (Jim) of Louisa, KY and Rose Smith.
