She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J. Hall and Ida Stanley Hall; and her brothers, Raymond Hall, Paul Hall and Joliffe Hall.
She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Adkins, Jr.; her siblings, James E. Hall of Ashland, Larry Sam Hall (Rosie) of Westwood and Grace Ann Hall of Westwood; and her close friend Linda Carter Hampton (George).
