She is survived by: her parents, Lillian Perry (Chafin) and Adam Perry, Sr.; her brother Adam Perry, Jr. (Beverly Evans); and her aunts and uncles, Matthew Perry (Amity), Nick Perry, Arnold Perry, Jr. (Karen), Robert Chafin, William Chafin, Mary Kelley (Jonathan), Catrina Caudill, Jenifer Zahner (Michael) and Melissa Chafin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
