He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Rheavonne Noble Smith; and his father-in-law Doran Hostetler. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hostetler Smith of Lost Creek; his children, Kaleigh Smith of Lost Creek and Colton Smith of Lost Creek; his brother Jim Smith (Linda Smith) of Lost Creek; and his mother-in-law Nancy Hostetler of Lost Creek.
