He is survived by: his significant other Merylin Gayhart Warfield; his daughters, Barbara Chandler of Lost Creek, KY, Elizabeth Jones (Charlie) of Lotts Creek, KY and Kassidy Cornett of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Angel, Condra, Megan, Mackenzie, Richard and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Aryiah, Zayden, Grayson, Adalyn, Raegan, Emerson, Mazi, Micah, Kyrie and E. J..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Blair Memorial Baptist Church (1951 Lost Creek Rd, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
