He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Fugate and Polly Fugate (Campbell); his son Ricky Len Fugate; and his sisters, Gertrude Weems, Ruthie Fowler, Darlene Napier and Jule Ann Fugate.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Sue Fugate; his children, Kelvin Ray Fugate, Justin Adam Fugate, Michael Fugate (Cassie) and Joyce Ann Miller (Ed); his siblings, Bobby Fugate (Rosa), Carmie Inghram (Charles) and Lorene Stoner (Michael); and his sister-in-law Delores Jean Noble. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
