It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Fraley of Lost Creek, Kentucky, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Willis and Lucille McMillian Willis; her husbands, Harold Stephens and Kenneth Fraley; her son Mark Stephens; and her siblings, Rex Willis, Gary "Cab" Willis, Jean Rice and Linda Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Stephens (Jessica) of Greenup, Sheila Brown (James) of Russell, Marcia Riffe (Tom) of Grayson and Jamie Nunley of Greenup; her siblings, Mike Willis of Olive Hill, Patricia Coburn of Grayson, Kathy Sparks of Grayson, Pam Ratcliff of Orient, OH and Karen McGee of Florida; her grandchildren, Joseph, Jaxson, Maximus, Skyler, Sawyer, Brian (Stephanie), Crystal (Jeff), Sarah (Dustin), Tim (Sarah), Christopher and Kayla; and also Mary Katherine Stephens.
