He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Campbell and Serena Campbell; and his daughter Joann Buckley. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Deaton Campbell; his children, Tonya DeStephanis (Daniel) of Maryland, Kenneth Campbell of Flemingsburg, KY, Garry Campbell (Debby) of Watts, KY and Gregory Campbell (Mary) of Lost Creek, KY; his siblings, Reva Neace of Dayton, OH, William Campbell (Vicky) of Dayton, OH and Barter Campbell (Patty) of Waynesville, OH; and his nephew Friends. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren; 20 Great-Grandchildren as well as A Host of Nieces.
