He was predeceased by: his father Matthew Fugate; and his brother Ricky Fugate. He is survived by: his mother Anna Fugate; and his siblings, Kelvin Fugate, Michael Fugate (Cassie) and Joyce Miller (Ed). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins.
