He was predeceased by: his parents, Shilo Fugate and Bethany Henson Fugate; and his siblings, Edna Noble, Joyce White, Betty Sue Fugate, Henry Fugate and Albert J. Fugate.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cledia Neace of Lost Creek, Gary Fugate of Lost Creek, Paul Edward Fugate of Lost Creek and Shilo Fugate Jr. of Lost Creek. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other Relatives.
