He was predeceased by: his parents, Abbie Bush and Sermantha Henson Bush; his children, Green Bush, Sermantha Taylor, Abbie Bush and Anthony Bush; his granddaughter Ravin Raleigh; and his siblings, Lewis Bush, Lou Creasie Robinson, Alpha Haddix and Louvenia Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Bush Jr. (Linda) of Whick, Willie Bush (Melissa) of Morgan County, Greg Bush (Becky) of War Creek, Kentucky, Jean Strong (Larry) of Whick, Phyllis Bush (Carl) of Whick, Lena Shouse of Lost Creek and Sandra Nash (Johnny) of Kirbyville, Texas; and also Barbara Sue Mullins of River Caney, Kentucky. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; a special friend, neighbor.
