He is survived by: his wife Sharon Neace Combs of Lost Creek, Kentucky; his daughter Shonda Bentley (Justin) of Chavies, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amber Combs, Destiny Combs, Kendra Collins and Reagan Bentley; his great grandchild Weston Noble; his brothers, Dean Clay (Lillie) of Clayhole, Kentucky, Ernest Combs (Margaret) of Clayhole, Kentucky, Arthur Combs (Sue) of Vancleve, Kentucky and Anderson (Combs); and his sister-in-law Kathy Clay of Whick, Kentucky. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
