He is survived by: his wife Joyce Campbell; his children, Dwayne Campbell (Valarie) of Hazard, KY, Charlette Kilburn (Jim) of Lost Creek, KY and Jenny Howard (Dustin) of Hazard, KY; his siblings, Kenneth Woodrow Campbell (Janice) of Lost Creek, KY, Genevieve Uhren of Chicago, IL, Gertrude Henley (Eli) of Jackson, TN, Bobbie Jean Reed (Harold) of Fairfield, OH and Phyllis Chenault (Roy) of Versailles, KY; his grandchildren, Dustin, Tabitha (Parker), Devin and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Carleigh, Caroline, Noah and Kenzie; and his cousins, Mike and Mark Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
