He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fugate and Mina Southwood Fugate; his daughter Christene Neace; and his siblings, Kelly Fugate and Dicie Clemons.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Walter Fugate (Margaret) of Dry Ridge, KY, Kevin Fugate of Warsaw, KY., Brindle McGuin of Lost Creek, KY and Inez Patrick of Ranson, KY.; and his caregivers, Johnny Gayheart and David Akers. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, other relatives and friends.
