He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Neace and Mahala Neace; his wife Polly Williams Neace; and his siblings, Vista Sizemore, Nannie Bell Gay, Alton, Lauzie, Bert and Bobby Neace.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonita Neace (Ivan) of Sixteen Mile, KY, Anita Neace, Edith Gayhart (Jackie) of Lost Creek, KY and Juanita Walker (Benny) of Brownsfork, KY; and his sister Betty Miller. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
