He is survived by: his wife Donna Tomlin Noble; his children, Steven Ray Noble (Rebecca Keith) of Winchester, Kentucky and Miranda Noble of Lost Creek, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Dru Russell Freeman (William) of Louisville, Kentucky and Wesley Russell (Deana George) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his granddaughter Rosalin Steward of Lost Creek, Kentucky; his brother Tommy Noble (Sandra) of Jackson, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Gail Campbell Noble. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
