She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Davis and George Davis; and her siblings, Joann Mattingly, Elaine Davis and Drexel "Duck" Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Edward "Ed" Ballard of Loretto; her children, Chad Ballard (Marie) of Cox's Creek, Jake Ballard (Martha) of Loretto and Brittany Ballard of Loretto; her grandchildren, Whitney, Morgan, Conner, Brayden, Preston and Lincoln; and her sisters, Gail Updike of Bardstown and Jeanie Lyvers of Bardstown. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral home is limited to 60 % occupancy, face coverings are required, and food and drink are prohibited inside the funeral home.
