He was predeceased by: his son Austin Thomas Green; his parents, Thomas Earl Green and Mary Amy Lyvers Green; and his siblings, Monica Young, Jimmy and Cyril Green.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Ford Green; his children, Vivian Fetner (Harold) of Decatur, Betty Smith of Frankfort, Sara Durbin (Tim) of New Haven, Amy Walls (G. B.) of Bardstown, Rachel Green of Holy Cross, Ann Green (Derek Porter) of Nashville, Tennessee, Steve Green (Karen) of Holy Cross, Emmett Green (Rene) of Holy Cross, Travis Green of Cincinnati and Noel Green of Lancaster; his sister Lila Gehrke of Louisville; and his grandson Harbor Porter. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, the funeral home is limited to 50% occupancy.
