He is survived by: his wife Teresa Salazar Mattingly; his children, Joshua Salazar of Loretto, Joseph Alshemmari of Colorado Springs, Jackie Lee Mattingly of Loretto and Jacob Mattingly of Loretto; his grandchildren, Isaac, Jasmine, Carmen and Lenny; his parents, Carl Dean and Jeanie Pyse Mattingly of Loretto; his siblings, Phyllis Nally (Eric) of Loretto, Diane Medley (late Tim Medley) of Loretto and Randy Mattingly (Laura) of Loretto; and his sisters-in-law, Laura Salazar of Clarksville and Alicia Salazar of Lebanon.
