He is survived by: his wife Janie Bright Phillips; his daughters, Kim Ellis (Chad) of Harrodsburg and Kelly White (Ray) of Harrodsburg; his stepchildren, Melanie Spalding (Bill Wolf) of Saint Joe, Brad Spalding (Carrie) of Campbellsville and Stephanie Spalding of Saint Mary's; his grandchildren, Clay White, Livi White, Tristan Ellis and Aynslee Ellis; his stepgrandchildren, Erin Thompson, Phoenix Spalding, Asher Spalding, Scarlett Spalding and Ethan Newton; and his sister Margaret Anderson (Buddy) of Danville.
