He was predeceased by: his father Paul Heath; and his brothers, Paulie and Mark Heath. He is survived by: his mother Linda Mattingly Heath; his wife Lisa May Monroe Heath; his children, Casey Heath and Brittany Heath; his stepchildren, Jared Bloyd, Brianna Bloyd and Chelsie Newcom; and his siblings, Jerry Heath, Vicky Farris, Martha McClanahan and Tammy Heath. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trowbridge Funeral Home - Boston (12497 Boston Rd, Boston, KY 40107). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Little Brick Cemetery (340 Wilson Creek Rd, Boston, KY 40107).
