He is survived by: his mother Linda Mattingly Heath; his wife Lisa May Monroe Heath; his children, Casey Heath and Brittany Heath; his stepchildren, Jared Bloyd, Brianna Bloyd and Chelsie Newcom; and his siblings, Jerry Heath, Vicky Farris, Martha McClanahan and Tammy Heath. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
