With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Ballard (Loretto, Kentucky), who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Ballard and Raymond Ballard; his son Johnny Ray; his granddaughter Megan; and his siblings, Gertrude Thompson, Iola Osborne, Pauline Yates Lyle, Philip, Gus, Bro. Joseph "Earl" C. S. C., James and Bernard Ballard.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, David (Diane), Gary (Mary), Roger (Donna) of Bardstown, Lynne Robey (Mark), Sheila Wheatley (Keith) of Loretto and Michelle Ducker of Fern Creek; and his sisters, Bertille Mattingly and Helen Cecil. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren.
