With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Ballard (Loretto, Kentucky), born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on November 22, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Ballard and Monica Mattingly Ballard; his brother Robert Ballard; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Miles, Bill Corbett and Dickie Osborne; his niece Shannon Ballard Pinkston; his nephew Joseph Patrick Corbett; and his great-niece Madeline Keene.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Ziemann Ballard; his children, Angela Brown (Paul) of Buffalo, Chad Ballard (Sam) of Loretto and Darrel Ballard (Stacy) of Loretto; his sisters, Debbie Corbett of Loretto, Denise Miles of Loretto and Cindy Osborne of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Ashley, Bethany, Maria, Autumn, Michaela, Katelyn, Mason and Braxton; and his great grandchild William.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattingly Funeral Home (195 Holy Cross Rd, Loretto, KY 40037). A prayer will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
