She was predeceased by: her husband William David Hagan; her parents, John Leslie and Mary Della Miles Downs; her siblings, Marcella Russell, William Curtis Downs, Francis Marvin Downs and John Leslie Downs, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Vicky Ann Hagan.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Hagan of Loretto and Roger Hagan of Loretto; her grandsons, Andrew Hagan (April) of Bardstown and Rodney Hagan (Loretto); her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Autumn Hagan; and her brother John Albert Downs of Clermont.
