We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025, at the age of 86, Donnie Browning (Loretto, Kentucky), born in Marion, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Mary Inez Raley Browning; and his siblings, Eleanor Bland, Joe Frank Browning, William Henry Browning, Betty Hamilton, Mary Margaret Spalding, Eddie Browning, Susan Smith and Leon Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Sitter" Browning; his children, Glenda Beaven (Michael) of Harrodsburg, Mickey Browning (Grace) of Lebanon, Beth Carrico (Rick) of Versailles and Paula Browning Farmer of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Derek, John Beaven, Brian Purdy, Cody, Lexie Browning, Trey, Raylee Carrico, Stephanie Clark and Alice Russell; his great grandchildren, Barrett Donald Browning and Millie Margaret Russell; his brother John Dennie Browning (Christine) of Lebanon; and his pet Miss Kitty.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mattingly Funeral Home (195 Holy Cross Rd, Loretto, KY 40037). A prayer was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Charles Catholic Church (675 State Hwy 327, Lebanon, KY 40033).
