She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Blanford (Bill, Jr.); her parents, Richard J. Cooper and Marie Johanna Humkey Cooper; and her siblings, Susan Blanford, Dick Cooper, Mary Jane Nally, Phil Cooper and Rose Ann Ruplinger.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Blanford (Peggy), Don Blanford (LaVerne), Sue Carol Smith, David Blanford (Ann), Kay Emge, Paul Blanford (Margaret), Richard Blanford (Darlene Foster), Steve Blanford, Ann Elder (Mitchell) and Mary Fetherling (Tod); and her siblings, Charlie Cooper (Pat) and Betty Yann. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
