She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Eugene "Pete" Leake; her son John Willett "Bill" Mattingly; her parents, Emmett Hutchins and Rose Newton Hutchins; her siblings, Ruby Thomas, Archie, Jimmy, Larry and Leo Hutchins; and her grandson John Michael Mattingly.
She is survived by: her son Darrell Mattingly of Loretto; her daughter-in-law Kathy Mattingly; her grandchildren, Chris Mattingly (Heather), Matthew Mattingly (Kate Dennis), David Mattingly (Amanda LeDuke) and Sarah Mattingly; her great grandchildren, Sylvan and Silas Mattingly; and her sisters, Rose Covert of Leavenworth and Nancy Westfall (Maurice) of Nicholasville.
