He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Turner and Kathleen Meade Turner. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Duty Justice; his children, Robby Justice (Luann) of Raccoon and Crystal Raines (Shawn) of Nicholasville; his siblings, Steve Justice (Teresa) of Harold and Kathy Strouth (Johnny) of Lookout; his grandchildren, Joshua, John, Roxanne, Alexus, Chloe and Sophie; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Anna, Violet, Ollie, Oakley, Lyla and Finley.
