He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marvin Armstrong, Jr. and Mildred Irene Clements Armstrong; and his father-in-law James Richard Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Katie Shelton (Cody) of Metropolis, Illinois; his granddaughter Riley Kate Shelton; his son Jason Armstrong (Katherine) of Paducah; his sister Tammy Clawson (Tom) of Moberly, Missouri; and his former wife Tricia Allen Armstrong of Paducah. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Lone Oak (3745 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
