He is survived by: his parents, Charles Freddy Mathis of Manchester and Tasha Rae Gross Whitehill of London; his sisters, Kaitlyn McKenzie Mathis (James Harrison) of Manchester and Starr Lashae Mathis of Manchester; and his grandmothers, Ruby Gross of London and Sudie Mathis of Manchester.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
