She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Pennington and Mary Pennington (Turner); and her siblings, Bill Pennington, Margaret Fields, Opal Banks, Raleigh Pennington, Thomas Pennington and Zilpha Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Kathi Denise Renfro of London, Kentucky, Paula Douglas of London, Kentucky and Susan Holliday of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Ruby Carefree of California and Marilyn Creech of London, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Shannon Hood of Belleview and Jason Hood of Frankfort, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Jacoby Tuttle and Hailey Hood; and her nieces, Debby Pennington, Trish Ledger and Tammy Pennington.
