He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hollingsworth Butcher of London, Kentucky.; his children, Christopher Ray Butcher (Kelsi) of London, Carmen Gurley of London, Todd Butcher of London and Shanna Rae Abrams of London; his siblings, Voneta Garland (Frank) of London, Neva Butcher Philpot (Donnie Lee) of London, Elissa Butcher Smith (Tony) of London and La Donna Weaver of London; and his grandchildren, Jaden, Trenton, Shelby, Braden and Brianna.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
