He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Spencer (Nikki) of London, KY, Amanda Wells (Scotty) of London, KY, Kayla Gilliam (Joel) of London, KY and Angela Pennington (Jason) of East Bernstadt, KY; his siblings, Rose Ann Cupp (Charlie) of London, KY, Charles Spencer of London, KY, Gary Spencer of London, KY and Herbert Spencer (Beverly) of Corbin, KY; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Justin, Cameron, Madeline, Aaron, Isaac, Austin and Maggie.
