He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Sizemore (Helton) of London; his children, Wayne Sizemore, Jr. (Pat Sizemore) of Louisa and Constance Reni Collett (Paul Baker) of Somerset, Kentucky; his siblings, Chloe Spencer of Lily, Dixie Hinebeck (Steve Hinebeck) of London, Joan Powell (Aubrey) of London, Evelyn Overbey of Orlando and Kenneth Sizemore (Jean) of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, David Vance (Teresa Vance) of Louisa, Roy Wayne Collett, Jr. (Caryn Collett) of London, Kentucky, Hollie Reni Freeman (Chris Freeman) of London, Kentucky, Jeremy Dewayne Collett (Sonia Collett) of London, Kentucky, Beth Reams (Scotty Reams) of London, Kentucky and Marilee Danielle Durham (Taylor Durham) of London, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Kloe Ball, Kennedy Hacker, Colten Hacker, Briley Collett, Alex Collett, Lauren Collett, Hayes Carter Durham, Nora Jane Reams, Krystal Lashae Vance and Cody Daytona Vance; his great great grandchildren, Maddox Hacker, Kingston Hacker and Welby Ball; and his pet Lola.
