She is survived by: her husband Coleman Shackelford; her children, Wanda Jo Mellette (Richard) of Brossard, Pamela Sue Powell (Glen) of Mt. Washington, KY, Sandra Lee Girdler (David) of Winchester, KY, James Coleman Shackelford (Debbie) of Lexington, KY and Paul Dean Shackelford (Doris) of Corbin, KY; and her siblings, Virginia Lee Jones (Monroe) and William "Bill" D. Smith (Janet).
