She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie J. Lewis and Nannie Fields Lewis; her husband Donnie; and her daughter Michelle Vickers. She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY, James Edward Lewis (Sue) of Florida and Charles Lewis (Carolyn) of Michigan; her sisters-in-law, Deborah McClure of Harlan, KY, Margaret Reynolds of Creve Coeur, IL and Eunice Vickers of Pekin, IL.; her grandchildren, Steven Vickers, Melinda Warshawsky, Lindsay Vickers and Kaitlyn Rae Vickers; and her great grandchild Liam Warshawsky.
