He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Meadows and Pearl Bowling Meadows; his wife Connie Lee Hurley Meadows; his daughter Tonya Lee House; and his sister Helen Browning.
He is survived by: his son Greg Meadows (Stephanie) of London, Kentucky; his siblings, Earl Meadows (Judy), Louise Ward of East Bernstadt and Rick Meadows of Corbin, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Javon Day and Taylor Baker (Daniel); his great grandchild Rhett Baker of London; and his close friend Sadie.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
