She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Smith; and her parents, Floyd "Dutch" Huffaker and Delia Huffaker (Bates). She is survived by: her children, Pat Thompson (Ernie) of London, Kentucky. and Sue Thompson (Denny) of London, Kentucky.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and four great great-grandchildren.
