She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Russell of London; her daughter Regina Scalf (Kurt) of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Gary Faulkner of Tennessee and Alma Eaton of Cincinnati, Ohio; her grandchildren, Crimson Duvall of Richmond and Branden Napier of London, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Sienna Duvall, Jaycee Duvall, Cyan Duvall, Traeton Napier and Tacita Napier.
