She is survived by: her husband Mike Pennington; her daughter Christina Danielle Sizemore of Corbin; her stepchildren, Fred Pennington of London and Becky Arce of Virginia Beach; and her grandchildren, Jordan Pennington, Kayari Sprinkles, Isis Sizemore, Pheobe Sizemore and Baylee Pennington.
