She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel W. Roark and Ester Logan Roark; her husband Chester E. Lockaby; her son Ronnie Lockaby; her granddaughter Shannon Lockaby; and her siblings, Shellie, Floyd, Lloyd "Tony", Willie "Bill" and Edward Roark.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Lockaby of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Patricia Harris of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, Deborah Walker of Pennsylvania, Donna Lockaby of London, Robert Lockaby of London and Ester Lockaby of London; her siblings, James of London, Clifford of London, Charles Roark of London, Mary Gaskin of London, Phyllis Hubbard of London and Barbara Mitchell of Waynesburg, Kentucky; her stepson Roger Davis; and her stepgrandson Roger Davis Jr. of Texas.
She supported the veteran of the DAV, Kentucky State Police, and Make a Wish Foundation.
