Victoria Joe Parman Obituary

Victoria Joe Parman was born November 12, 1980 in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Bobby Joe Parman and wife Beverly Parman of London, Kentucky and the late Rita Smith Parman. She was united in marriage to Charles Thomas Chadwick Smith of London. She was also survived by her two siblings, Eddie Parman and wife Jaimee of London, and Tina Cunagin; grandmother, Georgia Parman of London; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Coleman and Jeanne Smith of London; four nephews, Jake Parman, Trey Parman, Jackson Parman, and Lucas McWhorter; one niece, Rylee Parman; sister-in-law, Cara McWhorter; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Jack Parman, Ray and Mattie Smith, and her uncle Eddie Parman.

Victoria Joe Parman departed this life Saturday, May 13, 2023 being 42 years, 6 months, and 1 day of age.

A memorial service for Victoria Joe Parman will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at Bowling Funeral Home with Jonathan Carmack and Shawn Sizemore officiating.

The family of Victoria Joe Parman will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home beginning at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday until the service time of 6:00 p.m.
