He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Buttree and Lizzy Vandy Buttree. He is survived by: his son Christopher Buttree of London; his sisters, Edith Mitchell (Terry) of London, Emma Hammons of London and Minnie Caudill of Lexington; and his grandchild Caden Buttree.
