She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Waddle and Ella B. Rowe Waddle; her husband Ralph Jervis; her son Terry Randall Jervis; and her brother Denver Ray Waddle.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Richard Jervis of London, Ronnie Merritt Jervis of London, Derek Shannon Jervis of London and Rhonda Sue McClure of Corbin, Kentucky; and her sisters, Reva Waddle Decker of London and Bridgett Waddle Morris of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
