She is survived by: her children, Richard Hale (Lou) of London, KY and Eddie Hale (Charlette) of Lebanon, TN; her sister Janie Hendrix of Valparaiso, IN; her granddaughter Misty Wainscott (Joe) of Richmond, KY; and her great grandchild Brandon Wainscott of Richmond, KY.
