He is survived by: the mother of his children Alice Lewis; his children, Beverly Hughes (Jack) of London, KY, Brenda Allen (Ernie) of London, KY and Calvin Lewis (Kim) of London, KY; his siblings, Betty Jones of London, KY and Raymond Lewis of London, KY; his grandchildren, Tristan Shrout, Tanner Shrout, Alexis Thomas, Allison Bowling, Nate Allen, Jasmine Lewis, Myriah Lewis, Hayley Clark, Alexis Isaacs and Eden Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Everly Shrout, Wyatt Bowling, Jayden, Jordan, Jackson, Julian Clark and Isabella Thompson.
