He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim T. Bolton and Sally Brown Bolton; his wife Judith Solseng Bolton; his daughter Katherine McCray; his grandson Nicholas; and his siblings, Oscar Bolton, Kenny "Moe" Bolton, Betty Brown, Eulaia Madden, Donnie Bolton and Billie Jo Bolton.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Wilson (Tom) of Dayton, Ohio and Randall Bolton of London, Kentucky; his siblings, Ora Lewis of Winchester and Joyce Gregory of London; his grandchildren, Sarah, Thomas, Jessica (Eric), Stephanie (Shawn), Cloie and Kari (Deven); and his great grandchildren, Shawn Jacob (Tonna), Rylan, Zaylie, Zayden, Kendall, Brycen, Caliyah, Cameron, Madison and Hudson.
