He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbett Hendrix and Goldie Hendrix (Williams); and his siblings, Ruby Rose Harris, Marie Heightfield, Elizabeth Beard, Beatrice Gilreath, Katie Ellen Adams, Daniel J. Hendrix, Charles Woodson Hendrix and Wallace "Wally" Clyde Hendrix.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Simpson (Rod) of Amelia, Darrell Hendrix (Mary Ann) of Williamsburg, Paula Fugate (Dennis) of Hamilton and Kim Brummett (Anthony) of London, Kentucky.; and his brother James Andrew Hendrix (Betty) of Rome City, Indiana.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
