She is survived by: her husband Carl Clontz; her children, Melissa Clark (Jay) of Somerset, Kentucky, Keith Clontz (Becki) of London, Lester Clontz of London, Mark Clontz (Amber) of London and Ricky Bowling of London; and her siblings, Bessie Blankenship of London, Kentucky, Emma Eldridge of London, Kentucky, Brenda Bruner of London, Kentucky, Colene Cunagin of London, Kentucky, Lonnie Bowling of London, Kentucky, Ronnie Bowling of London, Kentucky, Ronda Lamb of Richmond and Vicki Loboto of Berea, Kentucky.
