He is survived by: his children, Brandon Preston Bishop and Rachael Ann Miller Amadon (Dale); his granddaughter Rebecca Crystal Marie Amadon; his siblings, Kenny Miller (Janice) of Brodhead, Jimmy Miller (Patience) of Somerset and Sonja Miller Simpson (Billy) of Somerset; and his nieces and nephews, Shawndraya Silvers, Kimber Haynes, Mary Ann Bechard, Zachary, Jacob, James, Ethan and Tyler Miller.
